A Family Holiday We Still Talk About
Some hotels are enjoyable while you’re there and quickly forgotten once you return home. This was not one of them. Weeks later, our children are still asking when we can go back. They even say they miss the hotel, which probably says more than any star rating ever could.
We visited during the final days of April and the beginning of May 2026, staying for five nights as a family. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt welcoming, relaxed, and family-oriented. By the end of the trip, none of us wanted to leave.

First Impressions and Hotel Condition
Although the hotel itself is not brand new, it is exceptionally well maintained. Sometimes older hotels can feel tired or neglected, but that absolutely wasn’t the case here. Everything looked cared for and continuously maintained.
Cleanliness deserves special praise. Our family room on the sixth floor, with a partial sea view, was spotless every single day. Housekeeping did an incredible job throughout our stay. Honestly, I can say this was probably the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in.
We booked a family room because we wanted extra space for the children, and it turned out to be a great decision.

The same level of care extended throughout the rest of the hotel. Public spaces, hallways, restaurants, and pool areas were constantly being cleaned and maintained.
Pools, Water Fun, and Family Activities
One of the highlights for our children was definitely the pool area. The hotel offers several different pools, each with its own atmosphere.
There is even a quieter relaxation pool reserved for guests aged 15 and older. Surprisingly, it was mostly empty during our stay, which made it feel peaceful but also somewhat underused.
The outdoor pools were colder than expected, especially at the end of April and beginning of May. The large family pool felt slightly warmer than the pool near the children’s slides, but overall the water was definitely refreshing.
Thankfully, kids never seem to care about these things. Our children jumped straight in without hesitation, and after a few minutes even we adjusted to the temperature.
If you’re traveling in spring, I would personally recommend packing:
water shoes for the pebble beach
light pool towels
quick-dry swimwear for children
We used items similar to these during our stay:

The indoor pool is heated, which is perfect for cooler mornings or cloudy weather.
The Beach Experience
The beach area was another pleasant surprise. It was extremely clean, with no visible litter and well-maintained surroundings.
We didn’t swim in the sea ourselves because the weather was still a bit cool, but the coastline appeared to be more pebble-based than soft sand. Families with younger children may want to bring beach shoes for extra comfort.

Even without swimming, it was lovely to walk along the beach and enjoy the view.
Food That Truly Surprised Us
Food is often the deciding factor in an all-inclusive holiday, and this hotel exceeded our expectations.
Out of all the Turkish hotels we have visited, this was genuinely the best food experience we’ve had. The buffet offered a huge variety of dishes every day. Some items naturally repeated, but there was enough rotation and variety to keep every meal interesting.
One thing we particularly appreciated was the live cooking stations. Fresh pasta, omelets, and similar dishes could be prepared on request, which added a more personal touch to the dining experience.
The dessert section was almost overwhelming in the best possible way. Cakes, pastries, sweets, and local desserts filled entire counters.
One unexpected highlight? The churros. Somehow, the best churros we’ve ever tasted were not in Spain, but here at this hotel.
The drinks selection was also excellent. The children absolutely loved the colorful kids’ cocktails, while we regularly enjoyed iced coffees and other refreshing beverages throughout the day.
For families traveling with children, I’d also recommend bringing:
reusable insulated water bottles
pool-friendly snack containers
lightweight backpacks for excursions

Service and Staff Experience
The staff were generally warm, attentive, and hardworking. Restaurant staff regularly approached us quickly to ask about drinks, tables were cleared efficiently, and questions were always answered politely.
Guest relations checked in with us multiple times during our stay to ask how things were going, which felt genuinely thoughtful rather than forced.
That said, I also want to be honest about one aspect of our experience. As a darker-skinned guest, there were moments when I occasionally felt uncomfortable or out of place due to certain looks or interactions. I cannot say whether this was intentional, but it was noticeable enough for me to remember it.
Importantly, these moments did not define our stay, but I think honest reviews should include both positives and areas where experiences may differ.
That honesty is also why I would still recommend this hotel overall.

Entertainment and Kids Club
Families with children will find plenty to enjoy here. The kids club was well organized, and the evening entertainment created a lively atmosphere each night.
There were various shows and activities that kept children engaged, and the hotel clearly puts effort into creating a family-friendly environment.
If your children enjoy pool time as much as ours did, bringing a few compact travel toys can make the experience even better:

Final Thoughts: Would We Return?
Absolutely.
This hotel combines excellent food, strong cleanliness standards, beautiful facilities, and genuinely hardworking staff. No hotel is perfect, but what stood out most here was the effort. The team clearly works hard to provide guests with a relaxing and enjoyable five-star experience.
Most importantly, our children created memories they are still talking about long after returning home. For families, that alone says everything.
Would we recommend this hotel? Without hesitation.
